Online shopping at Vingino should not only be enjoyable but also easy and fast. We understand that you can't wait to receive your order. That's why we do our utmost to ensure the delivery of your order is as quick and smooth as possible.
SALE PERIODS
The SALE has begun! We're glad you're shopping with us. Due to the high volume during our sale period, it may take a little longer than usual for your order to be processed and delivered. Please note that processing may take up to 3-7 working days.
Our warehouse is working very hard and doing everything possible to pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code.

- You place an order and complete the ordering process.
- Your order is then registered in our system and the warehouse is instructed to complete your order.
- In the warehouse, your ordered products are collected and neatly packed.
- Once provided with the correct shipping label, your parcel will be picked up by DHL and delivered to your home.
*Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. However, if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday, and it will take a maximum of two business days for it to be delivered.
Vingino uses DHL for all shipments.
Below is an overview of when shipping costs are free per country:
- The Netherlands for orders over € 75.
- Belgium & Luxembourg for orders over € 100.
- Germany & Austria for orders over € 100.
- Italy, France & Spain € 11 for orders over € 100.
