No. All existing accounts have been automatically added to the program. Have you ever had multiple accounts? Only one rewards account is created per person. Please note that purchases made before the program launched will not be converted into points, you’ll start from zero, but every purchase made from now on will count.

Go to the rewards page, select your reward, and click “Choose Product.” Please note: You can only redeem one code at a time.

Make sure you were logged in at the time of your purchase, checking out as a guest does not earn you points. Points are also not awarded for returned or canceled orders. If you return an item, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.

It may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for points to appear. Try refreshing your browser or logging in again. Also check your “Rewards History” there you can see exactly which points have been credited, when, and for what.
